Villa Krug stands on its own, without competition, among the luxury vacation villas on Makarska Riviera.

Located on the slopes between Adriatic Sea and Biokovo Mountain it overlooks the famous tourist place Brela. Brela's beaches are voted by Forbes magazine to be the best in Europe and among top ten beaches in the world.

This rural antique villa, constructed from characteristic Dalmatian stone, has been beautifully restored. It will give you an ancient taste of Mediterranean and at the same time provide you with modern amenities for
everyday living.

The villa consists of two connected yet fully independent units. The ground floor will delight you with a dinning room and a large wine cellar furnished with antique furniture. The dinning room has an open fire place in the middle of the large table where you can grill food on open flame and enjoy preparation of Dalmatian "peka" and other specialties.

The villa is also equipped with outdoor swimming pool, bocce-balls court, open fire place with bread stove, water well and garden with ecologicallygrown fruits and vegetables.

We offer you something that is very hard to find these days - complete tranquility in the beautiful nature with extraordinary dawns and sunsets. You will fully enjoy the beauty of life on the Mediterranean as it once was.
You will have a feeling that the time has stopped.

Accommodation is suitable for maximum ten people. By previous arrangement we can provide you with assisting staff.

You will be greeted with home made wine and brandy to toast to an unforgettable vacation for which we vouch.


Apartments on the first floor are made with a lot of love and style. They are equipped with a furniture made of full wood. They are also equipped with massage shower cabin, satellite TV, microwave oven, electric water heater, laundry washing machine, dish washing machine etc.
House constructed in 1879., Filipovic family throws down, and from the same stone and on the same location constructed a new one. Every detail on the house is carefully chosen and obtained. Some items are searched on the five dalmatian islands, such as a stone part of water well. Luster, door locks, native dishes and house novelties... Mostly those are items which garnish the house inside as well as outside.
Villa is unique complex for accommodation from 8 to 10 guests.
