The apartments are located in Kukljici on the island of Ugljan (Zadar), only 15m from the sea and 70m from the sandy beach.

The old part of town Kukljica is an excellent example of "folk" architecture, where all the buildings are separated only by narrow alleys. Every house tells a different story here, because the construction of each family found their own solutions and had to improvise.
