The house capacity is 1 - 10 people. It is located 30 m from the sea, and from the beach 40 m. It consists of two residential units, ground floor and first floor, which are separated by external stairs. The first floor consists of two bedrooms (one bedroom - double bed + 1 bed, second bedroom - double bed), kitchen and living room, air conditioning, TV - sat, coffee maker, toilet - shower, and terrace (20 m). The house has a garden of 200 m, where is a barbecue and outdoor shower.

Vinišće is the village and small harbor situated 20 km southwest of Trogir. Chief occupations are farming and tourism. The coastal strip near the village provides opportunities for underwater fishing and distinguished, by attractive inlets with pebble beaches.
