Welcome to our site - Tonka Apartments.
Our apartments are located in Duce, a town situated between Omis and Dugi Rat, on the Riviera Omis.
Duce is a small quiet town, nestled between the Adriatic sea and the mountains Mosor. The royal mountain range covered with vast pine forests that stretch to the beach, decorate the dreamy place Duce in a special way. The clean air, mild climate and the enchanting view of the sea and the islands are things that will impress every visitor at first sight.
The beautiful sandy beaches are a natural phenomenon and are one of the most important tourist destinations in the central Dalmatian coast.
The whole beach is continuously flat and therefore ideal for families with small children.
The town of Omis, only 1.5 km from Il Duce, offers various types of entertainment, leisure and sports activities. The history of this small town is long and very interesting. Omis is because of its unique location, surrounded by steep cliffs, the river Cetina and the sea, a stunning landscape. Thus, the eco-tourism in rural households, sports such as rafting on the rapids of the Cetina, climb the cliffs, surfing, beach volleyball and marathon swimming is an attractive part of the tourist attractions and activities.
Because of the location of Omis, near the mouth of the river Cetina into the sea and the foot of steep cliffs, the wind is never lacking in Omis. Thus, paragliding is one of the popular extreme sports. Numerous cafes and restaurants along the coast and near the cities of Split and Omis offer many options for high quality leisure and entertainment facilities.
