Our house is an affordable, beautiful, quiet and easily accessible location in the tourist district of Small Palit. We offer you 2 apartments (Marjeta + Tina), which will have a size of 120m ², for up to nine people each. Thus, the whole house can be rented and can accommodate up to 18 people. The house has a 1500m ² garden with children's playground and swings, garden barbecue with sink water, outside shower, sun umbrella and deck chairs. The large terrace provides space for up to 20 people.
The apartment is in Marjeta entire ground floor and 120sqm. There are 3 bedrooms and each has its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.
- Bedroom 1: double bed, bathroom, WC / bidet, bath (washing machine) and terrace.
- Bedroom 2: double bed, single bed, toilet / shower and terrace.
- Bedroom 3: double bed, a sofa bed for 1-2 persons, WC / shower and terrace.
The property comprises 1500 square meters and is enclosed by a wall and has white columns in the entrance area.
The apartment TINA for 6-9 persons. Tina has 120m2 and is on the first floor. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, a kitchen and living room with dining area and two long balconies.

The tourist center of our house is not far away (2 -10 minutes walk).
Rab is an island paradise with several bays and beaches. The village lies in the Eufemiabucht Frkanj the peninsula and is protected by the open sea. Palit is the youngest settlement on the island of Rab and was introduced during the last century in a fertile valley up. The place is because of its proximity to the city and its magnificent beach promenade is very popular.
