The family restaurant „Stari Šibenik“ (The old Šibenik) in Grebaštica near Šibenik has been opened since 1977. The Bačelić family is managing the restaurant with the tradition which guarantees the quality of food and service. With carefully decorated ambient, domestic and friendly atmosphere of family Bačelić, the restaurant distinguishes high-quality domestic cuisine based on olive oil and wines from nearby olive orchards and vineyards, made with ancient procedures of preparation. Our cuisine is exclusively authentic, original and autochthonous, as it has always been prepared in our family.

Comfortable apartments with the terrace and parking place are available for guests. All apartments have wireless internet connection. The local beach is only 250m away and from the apartments you have the wonderful view to the bay of Grebaštica.

For more than 30 years, the spacious summer terrace and the interior of the restaurant „Stari Šibenik“ are hosting guests and the Bačelić family is carefully creating the ambient choosing details which will complete the gourmet experience. Also, you can organize the smaller celebrations in our restaurant and leave us the preparation of the chosen menu with trust.

The meals of the „Stari Šibenik" restaurant are prepared of fresh food which the owner himself chooses every morning at Šibenik's market and a part of seasonal food originates from the farm of Bačelić family ensuring the high-quality cuisine for our guests. The fishermen who provide the restaurant with the fresh fish and mussels are the guarantee that „Stari Šibenik" offers to its guest only the best. The guests have the possibility to order special dishes as well. The specialties of the house are Dalmatian „pašticada“ and the fish stew.

For generations, the Bačelić family nourishes Dalmatian tradition of the cultivation of grape vine and olives. The distinguished note to our meals is given with the seasonal food from our garden, the olive oil made with the original traditional procedures and the top-quality wines made with dedicated efforts in our vineyards and carefully preserved in our cellar are also the inevitable part of our gourmet offer. The wines are kept in the wooden barrels and the olive oil in tanks made of stone. We are especially proud of our sherry, at least 5 years old.
