Along with the sea and sun, swimming and pleasant walks, historic monuments and museum, Baska Voda offers attractive cultural and entertainment programs.
Very interesting are religious feasts and one of them is held on the day of St. Lawrence (10. August) when Klapa festival of Makarska Rivera takes place. You will find various sports facilities (tennis, soccer, handball, table tennis, miniature golf, fishing, hiking, etc.). In the evening hours, lots of parties going on in bars and in discotheques. Restaurans along the coast offer Dalmatian and European specialties.
You cna enjoy yourself in guided tours or in walking to Topic and Bast on the slopas of Biokovo mountain where famous cheese, smoked ham and bread under a baking lid are serverd.
Small village Topici is located at about 2 km towards the northeast from the center of Baska Voda. The village which Dalmatian architecture is perfectly preserved is settled on the mountain slopes from where you can enjoy in a beautiful view of the islands and the open sea.
In the vicinity of village you will fing a monument to mountaineer Maximilian Mandl.
