Description
House Olive is one of the unique houses in an authentic dalmatian stone village Podpec and it provides a quiet vacation in nature. It is situated on the slope of the mountain Biokovo, close to nature park Biokovo and has a beautiful view on Adriatic sea and islands of Hvar, Brac etc. It is just ten minutes drive from one of the best known beaches on Croatian coast and from towns Makarska and Tucepi.
From the north side holiday house "Olive" is bounded by mountain cliffs, and it is situated on the very edge of Biokovo Nature Park.On the south there is a beautiful view on Adriatic coast and island of Brač, Hvar and peninsula Pelješac. This location is a perfect surrounding for quiet and relaxing holiday, just 10 minutes drive to pebble beaches in Makarska and Tučepi. Stone house is rebuilt four years ago and this is the third season that is rented to guests.
It provides 3 star rating accommodation through the whole year. There are 2 floors with 80 square meters of living space. On the first floor there is living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. All furniture is new as well as the kitchen appliances.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms for maximum five persons. Big bedroom has one double and one single beds, and smaller bedroom has two single beds. Also there are extra beds/couches in the living room. Parking place is just 20 meters from the house, big enough for three cars. The house is surrounded by a flower and vegetable gardens, grill, terrace with a view on the islands. Closest restaurant is 1, store 3 and one of the most beautiful beaches on Croatian coast just 4 kilometers away.
