Description
Robinson House ITA for a restful vacation
Live in calmness and still being only a few minutes away from the centre of Postira.
The new house ITA is located around 2 km above the small place called Postira (around 8 minutes by car to the sea and to the center of Postira). Effectively the guests barely have any neighbor.
A narrow access road leads to this house (partly paved, partly country road) (not recommended for low-slung cars). A parking lot is available on the property.
The house ITA is comfortably and elegant arranged and offers accommodation for four persons.
The house disposes of one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a shower and a toilette, one big eat-in kitchen with a kitchenette and one stonewalled inner fireside.
In the living area comfortable sitting furniture invites the guests for relaxation. The windows and the doors are equipped with a specially fabricated roller blinds and doors protecting from flies.
The house offers a very big roofed terrace with a gorgeous view on the sea. Perfect to relax and unwind!
The refrigerator and the lighting are supplied via a solar supplied system. For cooking purposes the guests dispose of gas supply. Through the solar supply the guests get power including power for a satellite TV. Yet during the fall months this means: no sun – no power.
The guests can use a shower in the house (solar heated) or in the garden where an outdoor shower is available.
Enjoy nice evenings at the outdoor fireside.
The big stonewalled grill in the garden enthuses the guests. The landlord always arranges for sufficient supplies thus there is always sufficient firewood available.
In the appending lounge which is equipped a sitting furniture the guests can finish off the evening comfortably and without any side noise. They can enjoy the lullaby of the sheeps that can be seen there from time to time.
If you wish to undertake something, Postira is not far away (around 8 minutes by car to the beach or the center). You can also visit Splitska or go to Supetar, the main town on the island where you can find all important establishments like the post office, bank, a hospital, a pharmacy, shops, a repair shop, a gas station etc.
