Villa Antigua is located in a village call Ugrinic 2 km from Tkon.
Villa Antigua is over 300 years old and during its 300 year history many of the former residents have left their mark, in fact, as you approach the villa you will see old medieval letters written on the villa dating back to the 18th century.
Due to its authentic and rather unusual look, which recalls the charm of the past, it is a frequent target of curious by passers and artists.
It is designed in an authentic Mediterranean style, with thick walls protecting from the heat.
The surrounding consists of old, non-inhabited, stone houses, which ensures an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The nearest beach and the sea-port in the village is a two-minute walk from the house. The resort Tkon is about 1,5 kilometer away, or a pleasant twenty-minute walk by the sea.
Villa Antiqua also has an additional apartment, which is behind the house and has a separate entrance.
