Villa K includes three houses and several separated living quarters in traditional Dalmation style. The carefully restored domicile offers plenty of space for a large group of family or friends.
Luxury and your holiday home will become one in a magnificent setting. The property includes in total nine bedrooms and six living rooms, which can be used separately or together. The large common living room is situated directly next to the countercurrent pool.
Villa K is fenced-in and includes a traditional Konoba. The playground and the owner's restaurant are directly next to the house. The owner will be pleased to offer you local food and food deliveries.
The town of Makarska, only 25 km away, is a picturesque town with magnificent trails for tourists. The beautiful town of Omis on the Makarska Riviera is only 28 km away and a part of the Croatian Adriatic coast. The surrounding area is ideal for activity enthusiasts to enjoy hiking, jogging, rafting and much more.

surprise your family, friends or business associates resting on a large estate that will bring you many pleasant hours of friendship.
This old Dalmatian estate has been fully converted into a comfortable place to rest. The property has 3 houses with separate entrances. Exterior is dominated by the original look and atmosphere, and inerior is extremely well equipped.
Terrace with heated pool is located along the central house with a biggest living room, although the other two houses have their own living space.
If you like to enjoy in the local cuisine there is an authentic tavern, and for those who want the owner's restaurant is located next to the estate.
Except the pool the kids will be cheered up with playground which is located nearby the property, and a surrounding area is perfect for different activities in the fresh air.
With the agreement the owner shall provide and deliver food and bread.
To make your visit even more beautiful we suggest you to visit some places nearby Zadvarje, ideal starting point for many excursions. Because of its geographical location, you can easily visit all major places on this part of the Adriatic coast.
