Description
. In the heart of the magical Istria, only 4 km away from the medieval town of Motovun, in the area known for top quality wines, virgin olive oil, unique white truffles, hard working and friendly people, and only 20 km away from the best known Adriatic tourist centre Poreč, you will find Villa Borgonja, the place where you can really relax. It was named after a grape variety which gives excellent red wine. The villa was designed in a way it can accommodate two families or a company of 8-10 persons. The rooms are organized to provide the space for common daily entertainment, at the same time
providing enough privacy for each guest. The house has three floors. On the ground floor, beside the big open swimming pool with poolside sun-bathing area and a roofed terrace, there is a summer kitchen with a dining area, a fitness room and a bathroom with a sauna. On the first floor there is a kitchen with a dining room, a terrace and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The last floor (attic) there are two more big bedrooms with bathrooms. The villa has its own fenced parking lot for 4 vehicles. In the immediate vicinity there are several agrotoursims and restaurants where you can taste traditional food and drinks. Also, if you are one of those who love active holidays, apart from swimming in the swimming pool or the sea, close to the villa you will find tracks for hiking, mountain bike, enduro and motocross riding, we can help you hire a horse for horseback riding, rent a soccer field with night lighting, sand volleyball court or a golf course, organize one day boat excursions etc.
