Description
Villa Pia is located in the centre of Sutivan on Brac, near the beach Bunta. It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house.
This beautiful villa with a pool of 20 m2 is over 250 years old, and it was renovated in 2011. Villa Pia can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
The ground floor (40 m2) has a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
The first floor (50 m2) consists of a kitchen with sitting room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a 25 m2 terrace overlooking the pool.
On the second floor (50 m2) there is a kitchen with sitting room and a terrace (6 m2) overlooking the garden and pool, while a bathroom and 2 bedrooms have a beautiful view of the sea and the Brac canal.
The garden is intimate and full of flowers
