Description
Our apartment house is in Croatia, on the Island of Rab which is part of the Kvarner Bay Archipelago in the northern part of the Adriatic Sea.
The island itself is known for its centuries-long tradition of organized tourism, its Mediterranean climate with long summers and mild winters which have a favourable impact on respiratory tract and heart diseases
Once you have bathed in the crystal clear sea, experienced our hospitality and the food in our restaurants, you will want to become a part of the Rab family.

The Island of Rab is part of the archipelago in the Kvarner Bay of the Adriatic Sea, in the north-west part of Croatia. Beside the antique city with the same name, another seven idyllic destinations are situated in different corners of the island: Barbat, Banjol, Palit, Kampor, Mundanije, Supetarska Draga and Lopar.
Rab has about 9,000 inhabitants who live mostly from: agriculture, fishing, ship-building industry and tourism. We have been maintaining the tradition of organized tourism for as long as 112 years.
Barbat
Barbat is situated in the south of the island dominated by fertile soil and Mediterranean herbs which will enchant you with their wide palette of smells and colours. Barbat’s sandy and pebbly bays and marinas make it attractive for many tourists and sailors.
The house is situated in the picturesque village of Barbat a few meters from the sea and has direct access to the coast with the nearest beach being only 50 m from the house.
Next to the house there is a pertaining car parking area. The centre of Rab is only 3 km away, and the nearest store is 200 m away. There are several restaurants and catering facilities nearby.
Our offer includes newly-furnished apartments with modern and luxurious equipment, all of them with air-conditioning, TV-SATs, safes, and fully equipped kitchens. Linen is changed every seven days, and towels every three or four days, or as necessary.
In the beautiful surrounding of the front porch you will find a terrace and a garden with a barbecue where you can sit long into the night drinking sips of domestic wine and enjoying the scents of the sea.

The crystal-clear Adriatic Sea laps the unspoilt and diverse shores of the island that make the whole island a unique seaside resort.
The charms of bathing in this clean sea and sunbathing in the pleasant sun were enjoyed as well by the heir to the British throne Edward VIII and his companion Miss Simpson.
The island offers a beach to everyone’s taste: rocky beach in the west, pebble beach in the east, and sand beaches in the north of the island.
